A holiday on board the St Hilda is an unforgettable adventure for all age groups. Each day is as action packed or as relaxing as you please. You can do lots of sailing and exploring or simply sit back and enjoy the scenery, the sunsets and the stars at night. The cruising area is unique, with long fingers of sea lochs permeating through the low hills of Cowal. This creates large areas of sheltered waters and perfect remote anchorages for all sorts of waterborne activities, from swimming and fishing to canoeing and windsurfing. The area is also home to lots of wildlife, so remember to bring the binoculars. There are an amazing variety of birds on the sea, in the air, on the coast and in the woods. Red Squirrels are regularly seen on land and otters are frequently spotted in coastal waters. The area is rich in marine life too and any sightings of seals, porpoises, basking sharks and minke whales are not to be forgotten.
